We offer various shipping methods to ensure your beekeeping supplies, including 3D printed frames, beard balms, wax, and merchandise from the Beeware Beekeeping youtube channel, reach you safely and in a timely manner. Our packaging is designed to protect the quality of the products during transit, and we strive to keep the costs reasonable for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return polcy.

Returns

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at beewarebeekeeping@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in appropriate mailing packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend the you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

Cosmetics (beard oil, beard balm)
Any used items
